Tay's Research Group

Current Research Interests

The group research interests are highly multi-disciplinary and span over the fields of waste materials valorisation, sustainable biomaterials, green chemistry, nanotechnology, and public health. The overarching aims of his research group are to (i) develop innovative “waste-to-resource” solutions to reduce the environmental footprint of waste materials and (ii) advance understanding of potential adverse effects of environmental air and water phase pollutants using state-of-the-art methodologies and in vitro models.
